The Set of Rules (SR) presented applies within the Picnic fonic anniversary event organized by HOLIDAY MOOD INC S.R.L. (the Organizer) at the specified location (Casa Presei Libere) on 13.06.2026.
This SR includes the rules that each participant must comply with in relation to the organizer and to the other participants at the events. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event location, the participant declares that they have read, understood and will comply with this SR.
Access of minors to the events is strictly forbidden.
Participants who leave the perimeter where the event takes place, if they wish to return, will be required to pay for a new entrance ticket.
The order or length of the artists’ program may be changed, in which case participants may not request a refund of the ticket price or other forms of compensation based on this type of changes.
Participants are required to have a valid identification document with them (ID card, driving license or passport) and to present it at the request of the members of the organizing team, security team, competent bodies or authorities.
Participants must pass through a security filter at the entrance to the event area. The organizer takes these measures for the safety of the participants. Access will not be allowed to persons who refuse to pass through the security check.
Behavior likely to endanger the life, health, physical or psychological integrity of other persons, the rights of other persons, as well as any type of aggression against other participants at the event is strictly forbidden.
Any form of artistic demonstration or economic, commercial or advertising activity is forbidden if the prior written permission of the organizer has not been obtained.
Also, in order to ensure that the event takes place under safe conditions, the organizer reserves the right to select its clientele, to restrict access to persons who violate this regulation, as well as the legal provisions in force in Romania.
The organizer has the right to prohibit access to the event venue area to any person insofar as the organizer considers that the respective participant could be dangerous for the safety of other participants or could pose a danger to the safe conduct of the event.
Access with pets, bicycles, scooters or any wheeled means of transport is forbidden.
Participants are required to comply with the safety regulations presented in this regulation and/or the instructions given by the organizer or its collaborators. Any participant is strictly forbidden to harass the event staff or any other person present at the event.
Climbing on/in any object placed within the event premises is forbidden.
Access with medication is allowed only if accompanied by a medical letter or any other substitute document and in small quantity (the dose required for one day).
Smoking is forbidden in areas where a non-smoking policy applies.
Recording the event without the prior written consent of the organizer, including photographing, video recording and sound recordings, is not permitted. This also applies to the reprinting and/or copying of articles from the program (brochure), posters and other printed works. If participants act in breach of this clause, the organizer has the right to confiscate these recordings and to destroy, use and/or exploit them at its own discretion, without prejudice to the organizer’s right to request from the participant specific performance and/or compensation for any present or future damage suffered by the organizer.
Payments inside the event will be made with Payevent cards. These cards can be loaded with credit at the specially arranged cash desks. Unused amounts can be recovered from the cash desks throughout the event, provided they are between 10 lei and 1000 lei.
The first top-up cannot have a value lower than 50, from which 5 lei will be retained for the card used. This fee applies only once, upon purchasing the card, and is not refunded to the customer.
The organizer assumes no responsibility and/or liability for hearing damage, vision damage, blindness or other physical damage or damaged goods during the event. The organizer strongly recommends that all visitors wear hearing protection during the event.
Entry into the event perimeter is made at the participant’s own risk.
If the participant violates one of the internal rules, a law, order or regulation valid on the territory of Romania, an aspect which will be established by the organizer, the organizer has the right to refuse the participant access to the event, to remove them from the event perimeter, to hand them over to the competent authorities, and to request compensation. These provisions also apply if the participant wears clothing with texts or signs which, in the opinion of the organizers, are offensive, discriminatory, may insult or provoke aggression or unrest among participants.
In addition, the organizer reserves the right to restrict participants’ access with certain types of objects and/or goods, which may NOT be brought into the event perimeter, as follows:
FORBIDDEN OBJECTS / GOODS
Drugs (The trafficking, sale or consumption of drugs or psychotropic substances, regardless of origin, are criminal offenses and are incriminated by Romanian legislation through art. 2 and art. 4 of Law 143/2000 on preventing and combating illicit drug trafficking and consumption). Any violation in this regard will be immediately reported to the competent authorities;
Alcoholic beverages and other drinks;
Food;
Weapons (weapons and objects assimilated to weapons that may cause harm to physical integrity including, but not limited to: knives, pocket knives, glass objects, chains, firearms, explosives, fireworks, paralysing spray, lasers, blunt objects, pyrotechnic articles, flammable or explosive materials, etc.);
Drones;
Cameras;
Graffiti tubes (sprays or any type of paints);
Promotional materials, flyers, stickers etc.;
Backpacks or waist bags larger than 29 cm x 21 cm x 12 cm (A4);
Selfie sticks, umbrellas, canes;
Glass materials;
Plastic bottles;
The organizer has the right to confiscate these objects without returning them to the participant.

PURCHASE OF TICKETS
1.1 Tickets for the Picnic fonic anniversary event can be purchased exclusively online from the website https://www.livetickets.ro/bilete/chirs-stussy-carlita-priku-day-time-open-air?preview=true and at the entrance during the event, provided that the tickets are not sold out before its start.
1.2 Online tickets can only be purchased by debit/credit card and the ticket will be sent only by e-mail once the payment is confirmed. After confirmation, participants receive the tickets in electronic format at the e-mail address previously provided.
1.3 All tickets and invitations are nominal. A buyer may purchase several tickets only by mentioning the names and e-mail addresses of the beneficiaries of each ticket.
IMPORTANT
2.1 It is forbidden to post the unique series number on the ticket or the QR code on social networks or any other website. This occurrence may make the ticket invalid.
2.2 Posting announcements, selling or donating purchased tickets on social networks or on other websites or public places is strictly forbidden.
2.3 Trafficking tickets, invitations or wristbands is an illegal activity and may be punishable by law. If the organizer identifies persons carrying out such activities, it will inform the authorities.
2.4 Purchased tickets are intended exclusively for personal use. The only exception to this rule is ticket contests from promotional campaigns, but only with the written consent of the organizer. Failure to comply with this rule leads to the cancellation of tickets used for commercial purposes, and the persons concerned will have to assume responsibility for the damages caused.
2.5 The amounts paid for purchasing tickets will not be refunded.
2.6 Participants who hold a ticket purchased from an unauthorized source may be refused access to the event. The organizer cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the sale or purchase of a ticket, including the validity of a ticket, for the event through sales channels other than the official ones designated by the organizer.
2.7 The organizer has the right to carry out a preventive search on all participants before allowing them access to the location and also during the event.
ACCESS TO EVENTS
3.1 Access to the event area will be made starting at 15:00 on 13.06.2026.
3.2 All participants will be carefully searched by specialized staff, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the rules imposed by the organizer and to ensure appropriate conduct for the safe development of these events. The organizer has the right to refuse access to any participant who does not agree to be searched at the time of entry.
3.3 Access to the event area is allowed only to participants wearing a valid wristband, which is offered by the organizer at the entrance after presenting the general access ticket. A valid wristband that ensures entry into the event area is one that is intact and worn on the wrist. Through its collaborators, the organizer reserves the right to check wristbands whenever it considers necessary, at the entrance to the events or inside the location, and, if the participant does not wear the wristband inside the location, the organizer, through its collaborators, reserves the right to escort that person outside the event area. The participant has the obligation to maintain the integrity of this wristband and is solely responsible for its loss or damage.
3.4 Participants who leave the perimeter where the event takes place, if they wish to return, will be required to pay for a new entrance ticket.
3.5 Participants have the obligation to notify the organizer regarding any defect that the access wristband has upon receiving it, and have the right to request its replacement.
3.6 For the purpose of verifying the validity of the ticket/invitation, all participants must have a valid identification document with them.
3.7 During checks carried out by the security team, all objects that are identified as forbidden and which do not comply with the set of rules of the events will be retained and will not be returned to their holders. The organizer is not responsible for these objects. Participants have the right to throw them into a trash bin at the entrance. Any illegal object held will be retained and disposed of according to the law.
EVENT RULES
4.3 From the moment they enter the event area, participants are aware that they are fully responsible for their safety during the event, and the fact that they are inside the location implies that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the event. The organizer announces that some shows may include effects and lights that may affect persons suffering from epilepsy.
4.4 Access by car into the event space is strictly forbidden. The organizer advises all participants to use public transport or taxi services to reach the event location.
4.5 The organizer informs participants that in cases of extreme weather (storms, hurricane, hail), the exit points from the location may become crowded. The organizer recommends that, in such situations, all participants remain calm and follow the instructions provided by the organizing team and, if applicable, by the authorities present on site.
RULES OF CONDUCT INSIDE THE EVENTS
5.1 All participants must comply with the social and legal rules and regulations mentioned in this document. Participants are not allowed to carry out activities that could endanger or affect in any way the safety or rights of the other participants. The organizer is not liable for any material, physical or moral damage caused by a violation of this set of rules. The organizer is entitled to claim compensation from the persons guilty of violating this set of rules.
5.2 The consumption or trafficking of drugs is strictly forbidden, illegal, and will be punished according to the laws in force. Participants will be escorted outside the event venue, their wristband will be invalidated and they will be handed over to the competent authorities if an illegal substance is found in their possession.
5.3 The organizer, the organizer’s partners and accredited press have the right to record and take photographs in the event area during the event. The organizer has the right to use and publish these materials anywhere, and also has the right to later use them in advertising campaigns without being required to compensate in any way the participants who are present in these photographs and recordings.
5.4 It is strictly forbidden for participants to fly drones above the event area or to use professional video equipment.
5.5 It is strictly forbidden for participants to take part in any commercial or promotional activities, as well as to promote any product, service, activity, idea, political or cultural movement in the event area, without prior approval from the organizer.
LOST OBJECTS
6.1 Regarding lost objects, the organizer will arrange a special space, called Lost & Found, where each owner can recover their goods until the end of the event, if they have been found and handed over to the organizer or its collaborators.
6.2 Participants must bring all lost objects they find in the event area to the Lost & Found point. The owners of these goods may claim and recover the goods by following a standard procedure for identifying them. The organizer will keep lost objects for a maximum of 10 days after the end of the events and will try to return them to the rightful holder.
FIRST AID AND SECURITY
7.1 Specialized medical staff will be available in case of medical emergencies throughout the duration of the events.
7.2 Qualified security staff will ensure security during and across the event area. All participants must cooperate with, respect and comply with the security staff and the instructions received from them in case of emergency.
7.3 Security staff have the right to evacuate from the location all participants who do not comply with the rules of conduct mentioned above, who display violent behavior or who endanger other persons.
WARRANTIES
8.1 The organizer guarantees access to and use of the service throughout the duration of the events for each participant who holds a valid wristband.
8.2 The date of the event may be changed.
8.3 Neither the organizer nor the participants are required to comply with these rules in the case of major conflicts such as wars, riots, demonstrations, terrorist attacks, in case of accidents, fires, calamities, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, major power outages, official resolutions from the government or local authorities or any other situation that cannot be foreseen or controlled by the organizer or participant.
8.4 The organizer cannot be held liable for damages or prejudices caused inside the location by participants or resulting from extreme weather conditions.
8.5 Once the participant receives the wristband, they are required to check its integrity, and the organizer is no longer responsible for its integrity. The participant is not entitled to any claim in case of loss or destruction of the access wristband.
8.6 The organizer is not responsible for actions that take place outside the location.
8.7 Participants are fully liable and will be held responsible for any damage caused to the organizer, its collaborators or third parties, resulting from failure to comply with the legal provisions and provisions included in this Set of Rules.
8.8 By accessing the event, participants expressly agree to comply with this regulation, as well as with the regulation regarding environmental protection and other rules that will be displayed in a visible place in the access area or inside the location or on the Facebook/Instagram page of the event/website. Also, participants undertake to fully cooperate with the event staff/organizing team and to comply with their instructions during the event, as well as to pay for all services and products made available within the event for which payment is charged.
8.9 At the moment of accessing the event, each participant voluntarily, unquestionably and irrevocably assumes participation at their own risk within the event, being fully responsible for their actions and their consequences. In the event of any incident resulting from the violation of this regulation by participants or following personal decisions that affect the proper conduct of the event, the organizer is exonerated from any type of liability.
8.10 The organizer has the right to prohibit or not allow access or to invite the participant to leave the location if they violate these rules or other legal provisions.
PROTECTING NATURE
9.1 Care for nature is one of the organizer’s main priorities, continuously supporting and promoting an eco-responsible attitude throughout the event. Participants are required to follow the instructions of the organizing team members regarding the protection of the environment.
9.2 Reduction, reuse and recycling are principles by which the organizer is guided in conducting the event and any participant will accept the rules regarding environmental protection within the event.
9.3 Participants at the event are required to comply with the legislation regarding selective waste collection. Therefore, they must throw waste into the bins placed inside the perimeter where the event takes place, respecting the categories and markings on those bins.
9.4 The destruction of nature or of any elements that are part of the environment, including materials or constructions of any kind in the event area, is strictly forbidden.
Upon entering the perimeter where the event takes place, the participant understands and agrees with the regulation presented in the lines above.
