Assistant manager

We want an organized person, attentive to details, who will actively participate in organizing our events.

You have a good command of the Microsoft Office package.
You speak English fluently.
You have previous experience in organizing events / administrative field.

Your responsibilities will be:

Designing, implementing, and monitoring the organization plan together with the Event Manager.
Supporting the activity of the PR Manager and participating in the promotion of events.
Active involvement in the logistical organization of events.
Participation in decision-making in the creative process.

Physical presence is required at our office!

Digital PR Specialist

Esti sigur pe abilitatile tale de comunicare, ai un limbaj impecabil si adaptabil atat in limba romana, cat si in limba engleza
Poti scrie cu usurinta un text creativ (limba romana/limba engleza) si esti pasionat de copywriting
Ai cunostinte avansate de operare PC (pachetul Microsoft Office)
Ai cunostinte de administrare a unor pagini de Facebook & Instagram
Esti familiarizat cu campaniile digitale (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
Ai cunostinte elementare de grafica digitala (Adobe – Photoshop si Premiere, Illustrator, InDesgin sau Corel)
Ai experienta in domeniul Digital PR
Te consideri o persoana adaptabila, responsabila si creativa
Daca navighezi cu usurinta si pe Tik-Tok, ai un mare avantaj!

Responsabilitatile tale vor fi:

Conceperea si implementarea planului de comunicare impreuna cu echipa
Crearea/modificarea materialelor de comunicare
Administrarea conturilor de Social Media si postarea de content
Monitorizarea campaniilor digitale, implementarea si evaluarea statisticilor
Identificarea celor mai bune metode de promovare

Graphic Designer

Ne dorim o persoana creativa, talentata si cu un simt artistic dezvoltat, care sa creeze elemente grafice pentru campaniile de promovare ale evenimentelor pe care le organizam.

Ai un istoric ca si graphic designer, cu un portofoliu de lucrari anterioare
Ai experienta in utilizarea pachetului Adobe pentru design grafic si editare video

Ai experienta in producerea unor materiale publicitare (afise, mash-uri, bratari, etc)

Graphic Designer

We want a creative, talented person with a developed artistic sense, who will create graphic elements for the promotional campaigns of our events.

How do you know if you are suitable for this job?

You have a history as a graphic designer, with a portfolio of your previous works
You have experience using the Adobe package for graphic design and video editing
You are passionate about design, and you have an aesthetic vision
You are attentive to details, communicative, with an open-minded vision
You have experience in producing advertising materials (posters, masks, bracelets, etc.)
You can communicate different messages through images, colors, or different texts
You can take care of the development of the general appearance and the design for the photo/video materials of our projects
You are open to challenges
You can communicate effectively with a team

You have advanced knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft Office package)
You have knowledge of managing Facebook & Instagram pages (Tik-Tok is a plus)
You are familiar with digital campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
You have basic knowledge of digital graphics (Adobe – Photoshop and Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign or Corel)
You have experience as a Digital PR
You consider yourself an adaptable, responsible, and creative person
